Another cute video clip...

Just about a month ago Gavin couldn't stack more than 3-4 blocks and didn't really care to. So I was surprised when I looked over today and saw this (I grabbed the camera!)...

There is no denying that Gavin's favorite book right now is "Hop on Pop" by Dr. Suess. Thank you to Aunt Cheryl and Uncle John who got him that book before he was born! We even used to read it to him when he was in the womb (yeah, we're weirdos).
Anyway, apparently he can read it to us now! He was just reading his book to himself today and I noticed he was actually saying the right words on about 75% of the pages. What a great memory he has! Maybe that "Your Baby Can Read" DVD set is starting to work, lol! Either way, I was impressed...

Body Parts

We have been working on recognizing many different body parts for a while now. Here are a few that Gavin knows...although sometimes he forgets one here and there! He loves watching videos of himself so I have to think of something to make a video clip of, lol!

We have been working on making different facial expressions. It is still a work in progress...haha!

Vacation

We went to a nice vacation villa at Orange Lake in Orlando for a week and we all had so much fun! Gavin loved the water parks and spent a lot of time in the lazy river looking at the waterfalls and "splash splashing!" Thanks to his Aunt Tiff, his new favorite word is "waterfall" and he said it all week along with his new phrase "It was Fun!" We also had many family members visit us and that just made it more fun. None of us wanted to leave our "vacation home." I think we could have easily stayed another week.

We also saw "Barney Live" at Universal!

He was so happy to have that lollipop!
