Well, since we never got to take Gavin to a pumpkin patch like we wanted to, we decided to take him to the park on Halloween. He tried out the baby swings and a slide. He definitely preferred the swings over the slide.It was a beautiful park that had trails and even a mini beach at the springs which ran off of the Alafia River. We had no idea we lived so close to a nice park like that. It just proves we need more time off together to have "family days" and discover what is around us together. Mommy always working on weekends doesn't leave very much family time at all. Hopefully someday that will change!
I (Mommy) also made these yummy pumpkin chocolate chips muffins. Gavin even tried one and he liked it! I was feeling quite ambitious that day! Although, by the end of the day I realized I was coming down with a cold and didn't feel that good when we were walking around the mall.
